“I actually got into it by accident.\u00a0 My plan wasn\u2019t to get into porn and to be a porn star.\u00a0 The opportunity kind of fell into my lap.\u00a0 I grew up in Scotland and I was going to fetish clubs in London and I was really involved in the fetish scene and Torture Garden and all that sort of stuff, so I was kind of doing risqu\u00e9 shoots anyway.\u00a0 Had modeled for Burning Angel before just doing a photo shoot and they asked me if I wanted to come to Paris and shoot some scenes.\u00a0 I was like, yeah I want to go to Paris, so I went and I did it.\u00a0 When I was there it wasn\u2019t how you\u2019d think a porn set would be it, it was just a bunch of friends hanging out, having sex and getting paid.\u00a0 I just kind of thought that was really cool.<\/em><\/p>\n

“Honestly, I thought it was just so much fun so I shot all my first scenes \u2013 like my first girl-girl scene, my first boy-girl scene, my first anal scene \u2013 all in that one week because I didn\u2019t ever think I would do it again.\u00a0 I was just kind of doing it for sh**s and giggles.\u00a0 Then fast forward a year when I was living in LA and very very broke, and not really doing anything else and the opportunity again just fell into my lap.\u00a0 I had a lot of fun with it so I thought, why not?”<\/em><\/p>\n

Her Career Highlights<\/h2>\n

2011 was a turning point in her career as it was the year where she posed in an editorial campaign for i-D magazine’s “The Exhibitionist Issue No. 312” wearing Louis Vuitton and American Apparel.\u00a0 The next year, she posed for comic book artist David Mack, who portrayed her as Echo in the Marvel Comics miniseries Daredevil: End of Days.<\/p>\n

In 2012, Skin Diamond won performer of the year at the 2012 Urban X Awards, and best Oral Scene and Best Double Penetration scene at the 2014 AVN\u2019s.<\/p>\n
