Sophie Dee was born on January 17, 1984, in Llanelli, Wales, UK. She lived with her father, stepmother, and brother. Sophie initially attended school in Wales, moved to England for a while, but later moved back to Wales to finish secondary school. After high school, she held a variety of jobs, ranging from working in a café to a door-to-door saleswoman. She eventually became a dancer, specializing in lap dances.
